Job Summary:
The Islamic Guidance Preacher is responsible for providing Islamic guidance, education, and counseling to employees and promoting an ethical, respectful, and harmonious workplace in accordance with Islamic principles and the Bank’s professional standards. The position also supports management in matters related to Islamic ethics, religious observance, and Sharia-compliant workplace conduct.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities:
- Religious Guidance: Deliver regular Islamic educational sessions, reminders, lectures, and awareness programs for Bank staff.
- Islamic Ethics and Conduct: Promote and encourage adherence to Islamic ethics, modesty, respectful behavior, and professional workplace conduct among employees.
- Religious and Moral Counseling: Provide confidential religious and moral guidance to employees on workplace behavior, interpersonal relationships, and other relevant matters.
- Policy Support: Assist management in developing and updating internal guidelines and practices in line with Islamic ethical values and professional workplace standards.
- Coordination: Serve as a liaison between employees and management on matters related to religious observance, Islamic values, and the promotion of a harmonious working environment.
- Prayer Leadership: Lead prayers whenever present at the Head Office and as required.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Specification:
- Must possess a Shahadatul Alamia (Dawra-e-Hadith graduation certificate) from a recognized institution. The certificate must be duly attested by the relevant authority.
- Must have strong knowledge of Islamic teachings and the ability to deliver religious lectures, sermons, and guidance effectively to Bank staff and other audiences as required.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant teaching or preaching experience, preferably within a professional or organizational environment.
- Must have sound knowledge of the rules of Tajweed and demonstrate proficiency in the correct recitation of the Holy Qur’an.
- Must possess good communication, interpersonal, counseling, and presentation skills.
- Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and exemplary Islamic conduct.
